I gave them 15 weeks notice and they charged me $150.00 cancellation fee because it was over a Holiday Weekend (Columbus Day). Ok...I get that this is their policy, but with 15 weeks notice, and being the peak season of the year, they will re-book this site. Situated on the northern most point of Mt.
